Terms and Conditions

  1. Rental Period: The rental period begins on the date the mobility scooter is delivered and ends on the date the scooter is returned to our rental location.

  2. Rental Rates: Rental rates are determined by the length of the rental period and the type of mobility scooter rented. Rates are subject to change without notice.

  3. Payment: Payment for the rental must be made in full prior at booking. We accept credit cards and cash payments.

  4. Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of rental to cover any damages or loss of equipment. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided the equipment is returned undamaged and in good condition.

  5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled rental period. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee.

  6. Equipment Use: The mobility scooter is to be used only by the renter and is not to be subleased or loaned to anyone else. The scooter must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and any applicable laws and regulations.

  7. Damage or Loss of Equipment: The renter is responsible for any damage or loss of the equipment during the rental period. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the renter's credit card or deducted from the security deposit.

  8. Insurance: The renter is responsible for any damage or injury caused to themselves or others while using the mobility scooter. It is recommended that the renter have their own insurance coverage to cover any potential liability.

  9. Delivery and Pick-Up: Delivery and pick-up of the mobility scooter may be available for an additional fee. The renter is responsible for providing a secure location for the equipment during the rental period.

  10. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any injury or damage to persons or property caused by the use of the mobility scooter during the rental period.
